Refund policy

SAMO — Exchange Policy

At SAMO, every skincare and body-wellness product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us within the specified time.

1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, leakage, missing item, defective product, or wrong-product claim. The video should clearly show the package from the time it is received/opened.

2. Report Within 24–48 Hours
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and send us the unboxing video along with details of the issue. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

3. Damaged / Defective / Leaked Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaked, or otherwise compromised during delivery, our team will review your claim. Once verified and approved, SAMO will provide an exchange/replacement of the affected product.

4. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 24–48 hours with the required unboxing video. After verification, the correct product will be provided as an exchange.

5. No Refund Policy
SAMO does not offer cash refunds. Approved claims are handled through exchange/replacement only, subject to verification.

6. Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges or refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to use the product.

7. Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and body-wellness products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered after delivery are not eligible for exchange, except where the product itself is verified to have arrived damaged or defective.

8. Product Condition
Please keep the product, packaging, and any included items safe until your claim has been reviewed. Do not dispose of the product or packaging before receiving instructions from SAMO.

9. Verification
All exchange claims are subject to verification by SAMO. If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
